Missing Companions, but have the Companion's Ability Available/Slotted

I have an account wide Greenscale Bowman which I initially gave to my 9 characters. I had upgraded him on two characters awhile back, but when I went to upgrade the Greenscale Bowman on the other seven characters the Greenscale Bowman was not there, even though the Greenscale Hunter's Discipline ability is available and selected on those seven characters. I put in a ticket and the first dev said they could not find where I had received the Greenscale Bowman and kept asking if I had gone to the Claims Agent to get him. I said he was not on the Claims Agent to claim, and asked how I could have the companion's ability without having the companion. I am assuming a glitch deleted the Greenscale Bowman, but left his ability as available to be selected. A second dev said to enter the problem here and post the link back to my ticket.

Do you have the Juvenile Jade Dragonnel companion from this years Feast of Lanterns event? It's utility power is Greenscale Hunter's Discipline too. Which I found odd then and still do.
