Concerns with blocking other players

I really don't want to discuss my harassment with another player, though I seriously don't want him/her hyping others when I blocked him/her, and that person I blocked can still see my chat. The game needs to be once you block someone, him/her can't see your chat too! Also note, can't mail you to harass you.

    An account you've blocked shouldn't be able to mail you. Apparently in the past blocked individuals would mail junk to the person they were aggravating to the point that the person could not receive items. Being blocked the mails wouldn't show up in the mailbox. And eventually, the person could not receive mail at all.

    The other option is to report the harassment, citing the mails.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    Yes please report this and take screen shots if you can. I have done this in the past and it is effective.
