Due to a slowest server responce since we're having a non localized server, many things that require a SERVER CONFIRMATION are bugging wince the encounter its already been used but it has not triggered any cooldown reduction and or its gone in cooldown witouth doing any DMG (mobs stays at full HP when this happening)
In thoose days we esperiencing that many many many skills in a whole dungeon are doing ZERO dmg and arent reducing cooldown of the others powers, since you said that you fixed HINDERING STRIKE but the exact day you fixed it was already bugging, im talking about a WARDEN RANGER aoe TOP skill that should do a significant aoe dmg but it ends with ZERO!!! dmg (instead of 6/7 milions? dont worry we buffed warden..) and mobs full hp, causing you to run away to take take to reload encounters, can you make a skill that its actually working 100% of times? We having the same exact BUG, every ranger in Nw having this bug since YOUR HITBOX its making this skill doing ZERO DMG.
HEALING POTIONS are not triggered if you take a dmg, use a potion and then shift away, your potion of healing will be cancelled by the later shift... as like if you shifted away you cannot trigger any potions/encounters/at will/artifact for a long time after you actually ended the shift distance (0.5s/1s longer than animation)
As it is, ranger its using one less skill for 80% of time, even when its needed to clear that pack of mobs, also if ONE skill have this SYNCH bug, the other skills arent recharged in time....due to your server confirmation that bugs
Tactician precision also reload your encounters 2S AFTER THE DAILY CAST another slow..not fluid issue caused by that server synch issue.
In a fast game like neverwinter you cannot think to slow players to code better things cause it will least in frustration...many players like classes with many keys (anim cancels, tabs.. ..) and fluidity its the number ONE important thing for every skillful player...
I wrote here cause by email i got the same responce twice sayn me that i should reset my game options (to avoid shift cooldown)
Its a lot...really alot...i dont wanna shame devs but its really alot that HINDERING STRIKE its bugging..hunter path almost put roots on that ZERO DMG HINDERING STRIKE causing it not to be a huge issue even if maximum ranger dmg its also 'how many times hindering strike will bug'
Idk what is causing this skill to bug and every Nw skill its always worked, i cant understand how can it be that hard to design a melee aoe that just hit things inside it.
