Empowered Owlbear Figurine ripoff or bug?

I purchased the Empowered Owlbear Figurine (Legendary) for 1050 Zen, then about 2 weeks later the Owlbear Figurine (Rare) is in the wondrous bazaar for 75,000 AD. When I compared the two they are identical (magnitude and cool down). I requested a refund through game support and they are adamant it is a BUG and instructed me to report here. They implied it is missing a zero in the code. I sure hope so, because since the zen to AD equivalent is about 750,000 AD for the legendary one. If not, then it is the biggest ripoff I've seen in the game.
