Insignia Menu Freezing - Not able to select anything (PS5)

Hi!
I am having an issue with the Insignia menu freezing. I'm not sure if it's just to do with the last update -or- if it has to do with the fact I just loaded my first 4 slot insignia mount (Mythic Demon Wings). Either way, I cannot select the 4th insignia slot. The menu is frozen. Also, if I remove an insignia from a 3 slot mount, I cannot replace it. Once again the menu freezes and nothing is selectable. I have tried switching mounts out and going back to it, but the situation doesn't change.
