Alts not able to get to Burrow Dawn Inn.

I've ran into an issue where some of my alts can't get to the Burrow Dawn Inn. The miniature model next to Portobello DaVinci can't be interacted with. Strange part is some can get there but not all.

    My friend is having the same problem. His main character can get in; but none of his other characters can.
