How did I mess it up?

Well I thought I did everything right, but I find myself with a Celestial cobalt enchantment with no R on it and I cant trade it with rewards guy, meanwhile all my alts have a Mythic cobalt with an R on it but cannot obtain the Celestial version. We have a total of 12 slots for enchants and the celestial cobalt was the 13th enchantment for me. Does that mean you can only make 12 Celestial? and if so does that also mean you cannot have more than 1 combat enchantment if you already slotted 12 enchants? How did I mess this up and is there any way to fix this? [ scratches head ]

    How many cobalt (R) do you have? The max number of cobalt (R) you can have is 9.

    I only have 2 cobalt (R) ,and one cobalt without the (R) All celestial.

    Problem solved! Was able to turn in my Celestial cobalt today, so must have been a bit of a bug or glitch. Woot!
