Upgraded to Celestial, turned in, now I'm naked

Just once I wish things would work as intended.

I upgraded every one of my enchantments to celestial. Every one.
Turned them all in for an account unlock.
And I can claim on all of my other toons -- but not on the one that upgraded and turned them in.

C'mon, guys -- I now have a naked tank that I won't be able to play until this is fixed.

You go to claim agent to get the mythic one and then use the mythic one to get the celestial one.
You do not have a mythic one when you try to claim the celestial one for the 1st character (because you upgraded the original mythic one to celestial to get celestial unlock). Your other character has that mythic one in their possession. Hence, you need to claim that Mythic (R) back to exchange for the Celestial (R).

It works as intended but most people may not like it.

Maybe as intended? But if you need a freakin' manual to do it, it's too complicated. At least provide some instructions!!!
