can't login

in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
i can't login to Arc games because there is error login that reads : login has timed out please check your network connection and try again.

is anyone else having problems too by login today

    I can't log in today on my PC. It says please wait loading; that's it. It worked fine yesterday; but today; nothing.

    Do you use ARC to login to Neverwinter?
    You don't have to. You can run Neverwinter.exe directly and skip the unnecessary extra step, extra program, extra memory, extra cpu time and extra server connection.

    Ditto. Ps5 here. Works sporadically but when I finally got in I got the red “disconnected from server” notice after 20 minutes of gameplay then back to “connection to the account server timed out. Please try again later” cycle.
    Hope they get this fixed!

    Same issue here on XBox. Uninstalled and reinstalled game, profile, and even tried a different XBox. Cleared Mac Address, reset router... Nothing.
