I put a ticket in for this issue and they replied back to me with this 🤷🏻‍♂️

This has been an issue since last year, essentially I’m paying money for something that doesn’t work, So what do I do? Just sit on my hands and wait for them to fix it here in a few years? Do I contact Microsoft about it? Do I ask for my money back? I mean, if I’m starving to death and you tell me that other people are starving too it doesn’t exactly fix the problem does it?

I apologize for the frustration, maybe I should’ve been more detailed, but I think the email that I was sent that I posted should sum it up, it’s the same thing you guys told me last year, just a hang in there and you’re not alone

There no reason be leaving a issue like this going when they just recent giving us a way progress artisans to max level faster especially knowing alot people investing and having the same issue.
