Can't walk or move mounted.

During combat anywhere, suddenly I can't walk but can jump until my stamina runs out even after all creatures are dead. I can mount but still can't move. I updated drivers, used a completely different machine but with the same result. I can regain the ability to walk if I relog. Occasionally during combat the ability to walk comes back but not often.
