old artifact equipment in MOD28?

regarding the old artifact equipment's

from workshop etc...
& items like shroomwood Belt+neck .. & others...

whats the plan for them?
enable them to upgrade to mythic or celestial...?
or enable +2 of it?
also the ability points .. STR INT etc... will it be increase? 7mythic 8celestial...?

whats the plan for these unique items...?

The plan has traditionally been to keep them the same... becoming less effective over time (compared to new gear), and then if we're lucky release a new item with the same or a similar set bonus that we can all switch to. Like we have four versions of weapons with the stronghold bonus.

There have been some enhancements, like the mastered versions of chultan crafted items, and the empowered illusionist's mask (I think), but these are basically new items. The mastered items never worked with collections.

At one point they did a mass re-valuing of all the artifacts, but that might have happened at the same time as introducing the mythic level... can't remember. I guess if they do add celestial then it might happen again.
