Brightness control issue

Using
surface pro 7+ i5 8gb-ram
Win10pro64 up-to-date
iGpu up-to-date
LED standard TV 1080p 1360x768

Since past 3month i think
From first using EpicGames Neverwinter
I am unable to change in-game brightness

There wasn't even a Windows permission request.. to allow running a program...
U just click on Neverwinter on epic Games
& It runs...

Was annoying but ignored it all this time

But last week I think
I installed Arc version of Neverwinter
To get my items from that old account...

When running ArcNW
Permission showed
Brightness work on Arc version of Neverwinter

But anyways

So i sent my items to Epic games Neverwinter account

And then run epic Games Neverwinter
Amazingly .. permission pop-up
And in game brightness working again... !?

After todays update
Game kept crashing when clicking PLAY on epic Games Neverwinter window

Had to delete Arc & Arc Neverwinter

& Run epic Neverwinter on safe mode...

But no permission pop-up
& Brightness stopped functioning like before...

The issue is not having permission or not

The issue is unable to change brightness...
Most map areas are basic dark

Other games brightness function normal

Seems epic Games Neverwinter
Unable to make connection
Between the in-game brightness settings
& Windows brightness control
For each App
Not the whole Windows

Any salutations?

Arc Neverwinter did it right
But Arc Neverwinter always crash on me
Unlike epic Games Neverwinter even when fully functioning...

Its annoying and frustrating to keep changing monitor brightness from TV...
