Mouse buttons not working properly.

Since the (approx 8th March Australian time) update, my mouse buttons don't appear to be working properly.
I had my mouse button 4 on special and button 5 on mount and up until the last update they worked consistently but now they barely work at all.
With the mount, both the sound and dust (horse) activates but I just stand there sans horse. (does occasionally work ~10%)
If, as a test, I rebind mount to 'left press' I get very similar results but 'left click' works as expected.
Did mouse 4 & 5 get changed in some way? eg. from a click event to a press event? as mouse 4 & 5 are now essentially useless.
The mouse appears to work as expected outside of neverwinter.

Can you clear all your buttons like you can for razer and then start over. I have had to do it after a few patches.
