Firery bolt needs reworked as searing javelin on clerics.

So, clerics had searing javelin rework to correct projectile issue of power failing and going on cooldown constantly. Same issue exists on warlock with firey bolt. Will we ever get this corrected as well? Hitscan treatment Instead of projectile that fails if target dies or moves out of range during cast.

Would be even better if the old feat interaction was applied to do higher damage on single target and split damage on adds would improve lack of single target powers.
