Claim Free Items Not There

The Claim Free Items for the week log in doesn't exist on XBOX. Neither me or my son can claim them for they are no where to be found. Yes I checked at the Claims agent every day so far.

    Yeah, noticed that myself. No Knights Pack, and now no Coal mote. Must be a case where if you claimed the items on another run of the free items event you can't claim them again. It stinks IMO.

    I am hoping this is just an over site and they just didn't do system reset so everyone can claim them. Of the people I know on PS4 only new players got them.
