Stop disabling login a hour before maintenance

I've noticed this getting worse and worse. Maintenance was scheduled today at 10am est to 12pm est. At 920am players are unable to login due to the security token lockout. Please fix or stop whatever your doing to lock players out almost a hour before scheduled Maintenance.
