Juvenile Jade Dragonnel companion

When I summoned a Juvenile Jade Dragonnel companion that I upgraded to mythic quality, I did not get any boost to power, critical chance, or outgoing healing. I also don't see that the Utility power (granting a chance at stamina restoration when using at-will powers) is available to slot. Are these known issues?

    Correction: I get about a 2k boost to power, critical strike, and outgoing healing, which seems less than intended based on how other mythic level augment companions boost stats. Also, the Utility power is available, but the magnitude reflects that of an epic companion despite my companion's mythic quality.
