New Jade Dragon is Bugged

So i picked up the new jade dragon companion after being told it best in slot for Healers however it appears it is bugged it appears it doesn't apply the 7500 stats from the companion enchantment.
This is a shot of my stats with the jade dragon equipped and fully upgraded
This is my stats with polar bear equipped and upgraded
This is my stats without any augment companion at all
Ps healer is not my main role I mostly play tank which is why my IL is currently so low on my healer
