New Event Companion - Juvenile Jade Dragonnel - Augment stats not scaling properly

I purchased the new event companion and upgraded to maximum. Augment stats are steeply less than all the rest of the augment companions in NW. If this was intended, should be illustrated to players so that companion update tokens arent wasted on it. If it was not intended, stat numerical values should be equal to other augment companions.
