No new fashion set this year for Lantern event?

Just asking in case I'm missing finding where it might be located. I know not all years have had one.

Kind of unusual since Neverwinter already has a (now unavailable) dragon clan fashion set that they wouldn't have brought that back for the year of the dragon lantern event...
