WHERE is the black ice wedge in caer konig

I just spend most of today doing this black ice domination event, that I never even heard of before today in Icewind dale or iceland pass-the place you have to go to caer konig and sign up with the tentowns or arcane brotherhood to get too. I was trying to get the storm kings legacy done and Bryn Shandar was buggy as usual so I thought I would try a less boring part of that group. Went to the forge with a bunch of black ice-I have gotten the corrupt lethal etc overloads there before, but the last few times they want a black ice wedge? It said you got it in dwarven valley-finished two quests there and a demonic slaughter and got nada. Where or how do you get the wedge you need now for the overload enchantments???

    And one would think winning the black ice domination event might get you something! I won it by myself and it was a grind and a half. Not hard just lengthy.

    It is dropped from HE randomly. Read the tooltip.

    Yea u need to do heroics, demonic ones count. I'm not sure but I think you can also buy them off the AH.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    Yes, it is available in AH. Not cheap in my opinion for what it can provide though.
