2X Seals Event does not double the new Seals

BUG REPORT: 2X Seals Event not being applied to Seals of the Spider God (SotSG)
Action: Completed first Random Trial Queue of the day.
Expected Result: Receive 80 SotSG for (first time) completion + 80 SotSG from each reward chest. Total expected: 240 SotSG
Actual Result: Received 40 SotSG for (first time) completion + 40 SotSG from each reward chest. Total received: 120 SotSG
Background:
-Completed two RTQs (both Tiamat) and a RAQ (To9Gods) today on different toons. The random queue bonuses and the end chest seals awards were not doubled for any of these runs. I checked my Seals currency just to be sure and they also did not reflect the 2X seals award.
-Not sure if it is just my account or a bug with the new seals in general. I think this is the first time the 2X event has run since the Spider God seals came out.
