We killed Lolth and got the currency rewards, and weapon dropped with chests but she also killed us just after she died. Now none of us can return to the platform to claim rewards as we insta-die in

Hello everyone !
I have for the same problem recently, got MDWP completion, Lolth is defeated, loot was on the floor and chest were shining, but got wipe instantly and cannot go back to the arena as she killed us instantly as we stepped in
