Claim Courtesan's Wear from Zen Market reports [Error]

[Error]Unable to complete transaction: that item cannot currently be purchased

I have never claimed this item previously on any character on my account. It is still within the claim period reported to obtain this item Free from the Zen market. Yet, I am not able to claim this item on any of my characters. I am on the current patch release... logged out and in again, rebooted my Laptop... all of the suggestions to date have not made it possible to claim this free wear.

Please look into what is causing this and resolve. I've attached screenshots of the error message received.

I can only claim the mount, which I already have and claimed. But i can't claim Winter Wolf companion, which i never claimed (can't claim wear pack and vanity pet either, but already have them from last year i think)
