Crown RTQ with Cleric Bug - Stuck on Island

I was in a RTQ (CoK) where I was the tank and the healer was a cleric, so I was marked. After the first phase of initially defeating the dragon where you then have to hop across the floating island with the grappling hook, I was stuck on the first island because the cleric bug kicked in so I went into battle stance. So I waited until the final battle with the dragon was over. The grapping hook did not return so I was stuck on the island. The only option was to die by jumping off the island. The problem was I returned to the fire where the whole instance reset and the dragon was at the first gate again. There was no portal to the end where I could collect the chest.

Please fix the cleric bug. It makes it very difficult for us tanks.

In this picture you will see the battle is complete, AD and seals were earned but the dragon is behind the first gate. There is no portal to get to the end to collect the chest.
