Characters unable to move unless I jump

At least 3 of my characters in different classes keep being unable to move after standing still briefly. I have to jump up to be able to move them again or travel to another zone. It persists through death. They can still use their weapon powers but they cannot move. This started this past week. I’ve never had this problem before this week and have not changed any gear. It has happened in all of the zones I have been in.
