currency not dropping

please either revise the Journal guide or else enable these to drop.

    What do you mean not dropping? When you do the quest, the reward gives you those currency. It is not exactly 'dropped'.
    Weekly quest gives 60. Repeated quest gives you 12.
    In your own screen shot, it already stated "Earned by completing quests in Menzoberranzan".



    You can see I have 2670.
