Cannot Attain Third Boon in Light of Xaryxis

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
Completed the quest "Be Free," and have almost double the required currency to purchase the boon.

Everything is good to go, except the boon reads "unavailable."

Is there an unmentioned milestone requirement for this boon?

    I have a feeling the hidden requirement is to reach 600.
    Assuming there are 4 boon points for this campaign, one for 100, one for 300 (extra 200 from last boon point), one for 600 (extra 300) and one for 1000 (extra 400).

    I have enough of everything for the first boon but have to complete a quest to get it. So its not just having enough they want you to have the third milestone for ex. to get it.

    The quest is mentioned in the requirement of the boon (stated in the description of the boon). For your case, you did not complete it and could not get the boon. That is normal, fair and expected.

    OP and many of us already completed the quest "Be Free" stated in the boon.
    We have the required currencies and did 'Be Free'.
    Yet, we cannot get the boon as stated by OP.

    Reaching 600 is the hidden requirement.

    Is the reward just a boon?
