Anyone know if there’ll be another opportunity to trade in promissory notes? I missed the last window two years ago

    I missed it too, apparently, not sure why they put a stop to turn ins for that one. I hope there's another chance, they are taking up a slot on every character.

    You can stack them all to one. i.e. one slot per account. You can even sell/buy them.
