Are you going to fix the fetch quest? (Tyranny of Dragons)

I'm trying to complete my tyranny of Dragons adventure for the boons, but I reached a road block where I can't progress because of a bug. The wolf won't spawn. I abandoned the quest and picked it up and still no wolf. I even spoke to linu to have it resummoned and still nothing. I'm not the only one. I saw another player there who has same quest. Also having trouble getting the wolf to summon.
