Whisperknife Shuriken Toss suggestion(for whisperknife update). "Custer of deathstars"

Shuriken Toss is our main unlockable at-will. It pales in comparison to Assassins at-will paragon attacks.

My idea was, that like the Assassin Dualists Flurry which has a chance to causecbleed AND spawn a flurry of hits, the Shuriken Toss could also have a chance cause bleed and/or a chance to throw a cluster of Shurikens(can call them deathstars in this effect/state).

So, Lower the cast time, add 15 magnitude, add a chance to throw a cluster of deathstars(shurikens), and that makes our paragon at-will viable.

Please consider this. I chose the WK as my main and only class, people tell me i should play assassin but i am playing MY ADVENTURE and this is my class, and for the past few years i been saying on day the WK will get updates, now i heard it's getting some love and i am hyped! :)

    Best bet Nibs is to go right to the Discord server, locate the post Brett Norton wrote on Rogue updates and do a reply to him there and say what you said here so he reads it but don't delay and do it immediately for the best chance of seeing it acted upon. Timing is everything. I'm not sure anyone is monitoring this forum at the moment but the Discord sever is where all the discussions and feedback are currently taking place.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    Shirken Toss can absolutely use a buff whatever buff. But the good news is our most important at-will Dishearting Strike is finally getting some love. Cloud of Steel also but I will mess around with Cloud for a while and see if its worth swapping out Shirken. (WHen i say most important it doesn't mean it has to be your primary, but any time you start a SoD encounter rotation you should precede them with a DS (bleed + debuff, and when spamming at will, also periodically throw a DS in between ST/CS)
