BUG - Demon Web Pits - Buggy Boss Fight Load ins for Cleric Healer

Hiya,
Have been experiencing this for some time, but though since I was back on the forums for the first time in a few months I would post this.
The load ins to all boss fights in Demon Web Pits dungeon (both Master and Advances) are buggy for me as a Cleric Healer.
First of all, the Countdown to load in once all players are in the circle is buggy, the countdown often jumps back up by a second or two unpredictably. I'm sure it's not lag on my end, as this never happens in other dungeons anywhere, but frequently happens in ADWP/MDWP.
Secondly, as a Cleric Healer I make a habit of Casting Healing Word often right as the load in countdown is at two seconds, the intention here is that the party loads into the fight with Healing Word already up. This again, works just fine in every other dungeon.
In DWP, doing this will often consume the Divinity cost, but not actually apply the effect. Also, often I find that if I either immediately re-cast (after trying the above) Healing Word, or just cast it as soon as we load in, again the Divinity is consumed but the effect is not applied.
Often find myself having to wait 5-6 seconds after load in to the instance before I can cast Healing Word and have the affect actually applied to the party.
