Lurker's Assault has issues!. Can't generate AP makes builds suffer

Daily power "Lurkers Assault" for whisperknife when active you can't gain any AP. This is a huge draw back for so many builds.

It lasts for 10 seconds, so for 10 seconds you're punished for using Lurker's Assault by not getting any AP.

I bought the "Eye Of Odrain" for the 7.5% AP gain, grinded to get the regents to refine it only to find out i can't use it with Lurker's Assault active because you can't get AP while in Lurker's Assault. Same with Class feature "Tactics", and can't use encounter "Bait And Switch", Can't use "Envenomed Storyteller's Journal" which i bought from the Zen store for the AP gain also. Can't use the artifact set "Blessed Blades" as they can give 7.5% AP gain, can't use mount bonus "Quick Action", ring bonuses that boost AP gain loose that gain, same with all other gear, artifacts etc.

Please adjust Lurker's Assault so it isn't blocked from gaining AP while active.

Also Lurker's Assault could do with an extra 5 seconds, for quality of life purposes.

I don't want to be forced to use other daily powers or be forced to work my rotations, gear, artifacts etc around a daily power, after all daily powers are earned and are not supposed to have draw backs.

Hateful Knives should be your only primary daily. As a secondary you can choose whatever you want, but suggest something aoe like Killing Storm. (This being if your trying to play WK as ST / hybrid. If you are just making an aoe build then disregard)
