Sharandar Masterworks Quest Unavailable

The Sharandar masterworks quest isn't available on my main character.

I suspect it has something to do with an issue I've seen mentioned online with the Chultan alchemy recipes not showing up on my professions even though I have bought the recipe. The Chultan masterworks recipes show up but the Chultan recipes don't. This is only occurring with alchemy... both show on all other professions and I've checked and I've definately bought the alchemy recipe from Chult (it's unavailable to buy anyway).

This also appears to be affecting all my alt characters too... although I don't own all the recipes for those characters yet the Chultan alchemy recipes aren't showing for my alt characters either even though I've bought them.

    Do you have Masterwork I to III for all profession? I don't know if you need Chultan Masterwork for all profession too.
    I don't have Chultan recipe (jewelcrafting) but I have Sharandar Masterwork quest.

    No... how do I get masterwork I to III in all professions? I thought they removed those quests and replaced them with just buying the recipe books from the Artisan in the GH

    My mistake. I got confused. I recall I needed to buy the recipes of 'something' for all profession. I don't remember what exactly it was now.

    I've purchased all the Chultan masterworks from the Artisan in the GH... my toon is max level 20 and all professions are max level 20 but no sign of the Sharandar masterworks unlocking...
