Mask of Bloodlust effect not visible [PS4]

The Mask of Bloodlust effect is not visible on my female Drow. I have cleared her headpiece spot on the Appearance tab and made sure the visibility is toggled on. I have removed all gear except the mask to see if anything I was wearing was affecting it. So far nothing I can see is messing with it. Had to have a friend screenshot what the mask effect actually looks like to confirm that it actually HAS a visual effect when wearing it. I know the Visage item will be a full body costume so I'm not worried about that, I just kind of sucks that my character isnt showing the effect (others have worked in the past on her). Just letting you guys know (though I doubt it can be fixed before the event is over at this point).
