Lag and Rubberbanding

Ever since the Masquerade of Liars patch went through, lag and rubberbanding has been bad.

    That is an understatement, everytime I load into a new area ( even within a dungeon or trial ) I have up to 3 minutes of rubberbanding. It does not matter where I load into all the same. Once it settles everything is usually fine ( not always but most times ).
