Chultan Alchemy Recipe Bug

stompit#4493 stompit Member Posts: 19 Arc User

I am trying to purchase the Chultan Alchemy Recipes from Recipe Keeper Joyothe T'Kola in Port Nyanzaru, and it is reporting 'Requirements not met'. I have already purchased all of the other Chultan recipes, and already begun with Chultan Masterwork recipes I and II. I have met the requirements, and have enough Chultan Riches to purchase the recipe. This was available for me to purchase prior to the changes to Crafting in Neverwinter. All of my Professions are Level 20, and all of my Artisans are Level 20. I used to have Profession quests available to me within the Guild until the game changed a couple years back. Please investigate why this is broken and fix.

Actually it's a good thing you can't buy it since all of the recipes on it are missing even after buying. vOv
So you can atleast keep those riches instead of throwing them out on the window. ;)

Atleast the recipes I do have prior to the games changes are functioning, but I can't proceed through the Professions to gain access to the new recipes added for Sharandar and all of the campaigns after. I was really hoping this would be a quick fix!

I don't think anyone is reading this forum anymore, at least they don't interact with us so you're unlikely to get a response. The best thing for you to do is either put in a CS ticket with support and try to deal with them or go to the Neverwinter Discord Server which is where it seems more active and the devs and even Brett Norton are reading and interacting. The CM for here has not said one word to us since he started, however I noticed the other day he is actually alive and functioning and is very active on Discord, so all up it seems that Discord is the best place to get some kind of response from the company to your issue. If all else fails and no-one responds to anything and you get nowhere and aren't going to, maybe send an email of complaint to the publisher and have a whinge.
Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

Just to make it, clear chultan recipes (Port Nyanzaru) and chultan masterwork recipes (Stronghold) are different and does not affecting eachother. That's why i said you haven't lost anything by being unable to buy chultan recipes.
As for masterwork, you only can unlock Sharandar masterworks by buying all the chultan masterwork books in the Stronghold.

Ticket was opened with Neverwinter Support and they are pursuing the issue, but also had me opne this thread for the issue here.

Understood. I am missing the quests in the Guild and I'm not able to proceed any further within professions until this bug/issue is resolved.
