SW Creeping Death feat problem or bug
If more than one warlock has the creeping death feat equipped, there will still only be 10 stax of creeping death applied to the boss/enemy, resulting in damage loss. From the limited testing I was able to do on xbox, it appears that the first warlock to apply creeping death gets the benefit, and the 2nd warlock gets no procs, or they receive procs as the the 1st procs fall off.
The only viable solution for this problem/bug would be to allow more than 10 stacks on the boss/enemy while only allowing 10 from each warlock. Two warlocks should be able to apply 10 creeping death stacks each for a total of 20, or if 3 warlocks a total of 30 and so on.
