Bard class fall from mount ability repeatedly for 5+ seconds every change specialization

Location: Any; examples: Protector's Enclave, invoke circles in River District, Instances, Icewind Dale, and more

Reproduce issue:
1)Log on to bard character being in any spec
2)Open character sheet (default hotkey c)
3)Change loadout at top-left corner to any other loadout
4)Activate character mount result in falling animation+1second stun
5)Remount within 5 seconds of loadout change repeats behavior in step 4.

Observed result:
Character changes specialization and for five seconds activating mount results in fall to ground and 1 second stun.

Expected result:
Character changes specializations and may activate mount without any unexpected result.

Details: When logged in as Bard class any specialization for both short or long length of time, change spec from character sheet (C hotkey) to any other spec loadout and character when mounting goes through falling animation + stuns character. Happens every time attempting remount for 5+ seconds after spec change. Does not happen with any other class, tested that the other eight change specs successfully with no unexpected fall animation/stun duration when mounting.

I believe this was something that was fixed in the last batch of bard changes, but is now broken again after a recent patch. Not sure exactly when it broke again, as I have not been playing my bard much recently.

I tried to reproduce it following on the above instruction with my bard in River District camp fire. I cannot reproduce it. Everything looks normal. I tried various loadout few times. What is your mount?

I'm using green butterflies, and it occurred I know next to the large main alter in PE. Switch loadout, and for a few seconds, I will get dismounted if I try to move. It has also happened in the SH.

edit: please note it only happens when I switch paragon path loadouts. So switching from minstrel to minstrel loadout is fine, but going minstrel to songblade will cause the stun/dismounting. (probably what the OP meant by specialization)

I don't have a bard character, but I've seen this happen in PE. A bard came out of the workshop while I was talking to the illusionist and he tried to mount up 3 times but fell each time. In the end he left on his feet.
