Chapter 4 The Cloaked Ascendancy

Issue: I made a patronage signet and applied it. I am opening the campaign and on Chapter 4 - sends me to the Chasm and The Cathedral of Madness, I complete the task it says leave the Cathedral. I leave but the quest resets and tells me to go back in. The talisman remain in my inventory AFTER I place them in the stands and beat the boss fight.

What I have done to rectify this: Redid the quest. Abandoned the quest and restarted it. Abandoned the quest - reset Xbox and game and redid the quest. Reran the quest. Reran it with a friend.

I figured it out... when you get to the cathedral there are 2 quests with the same name. There is no indication which is for the Chapt 4 and which is part of The Chasm. They both show up if you have not completed the chasm.

The quests should have different names.
