Demon Web Pits Normal Dungeon

So I'd like to here people experience with the standard demon Web dungeon, as a 76k tank its a very comfortable when high item level players are in the dungeon however when on my dps if I end up with a low item level tank and healer it's almost impossible to get through, and if as a Tank I end up in a group with all low players not only is it a struggle but in some cases its doesn't seem completeable if dps are minimum level as they just can't kill the spiders that heal the Axe fast enough. I'd like to know if anyone else has noticed or feels like this dungeon is not completeable with minimum item level players, for example I just came out of the demon Web pits standard dungeon which took over 2 hours to complete, I joined as a replacement for a tank who had either left or been kicked, joined to find dps that could barely kill mobs and a healer way to low to maintain any kind of healing, we struggled through mostly because I was 76k tank capable of maintaining my own health via animation canceling, eventually made it to the last boss but than everything went bad because they just couldn't kill her fast enough had 6 attempts each time failing, it was only because 2 of the low dps quit which allowed us to find dps over 70k which allowed us to complete the dungeon.
If I'm right that DWP is too difficult for minimum item level groups within the standard dungeon so I asking for other people experience and thoughts on this matter
