[PC] Unable to progress in Icewind Dale campaign

Hi, I encountered a problem. I tried to access Caer-Konig on one of my characters (Shinr@abnormalna) but I can't travel there, it doesn't seem like I made any progress in the campaign window, I can't get the starting quest from Knox and I don't see a "start campaign" button in the campaign window. May I ask for some assistance?
