Proto Heroic all Messed Up

What did you guys do to the Proto Heroic in Narbodellyn ? Boss spawns on roof , resets health etc . Enemy groups are not spawning , spawning erratically, spawning miscellaneous enemy between groups etc .
Please FIX It !!!!!!! SMH
