Unstoppable/Primal Fury Bug

The Unstoppable mechanic doesnt work as intended with the use of Primal Fury.
I think whats happening is that visually after using primal fury the rage bar depletes but code/game wise primal fury doesnt actually remove 40 points of rage. This means while it looks like you have lost 40 rage visually its actually still ticking down from the original amount you had.

A timer shouldnt dictate how these abilities work with each other, the amount of rage should. If they want to keep it like this for reasons then why not have made Primal Fury require 40 rage but not CONSUME 40 rage. Seems to me that its not working as intended because of the hardcoded timer set when unstoppable is activated.
Another thing about it consuming the rage bar but not reducing the timer, how am I supposed to know exactly when unstoppable is going to end when the rage bar is set at 0 but the timer is still ticking?

This video demonstrates what I mean.

This sounds like a similar issue they recently fixed with the July 31 patch for the Battlemaster:

Brutal Critical and Roar Rage Fix
These two powers no longer generate unusable rage while you are in Battlerage.
This solves the issue of the Rage bar sometimes displaying a misleading amount of remaining rage.

Bold is mine for emphasis, but sounds like the same issue in reverse.

I talked to someone else about this on the discord forums and he said he made the same post but like YEARS ago. I just want to bring the issue to light again so maybe this time they will fix it.
