Shirt/Pants Reinforcements

Are there any plans to make use of the reinforcement slots on the shirt and pants? I know they used to be reserved for everfrost resistance, but it's been years with these two pointless slots. These two slots could be something like AP gain, recharge speed, forte. Maybe like 2.2% at max, similar to the stamina gain kits.
