Half elf race is bugged

The half elf race ability is bugged out, where it says it adds a +2 ability score to the class you choose,

For an example;
If you choose the half elf race with the rogue class (STR/DEX) is the rogues ability score but it give a +2 to intelligents

This is also true for all classes it doesn't give the right +2 stat to there ability score.
