Workshop taking astral diamonds and not giving morale.

When I have "thrown a party" to be able to continue in the workshop more than a couple times it has taken my astral diamonds, I go to the work bench and there is no morale boost. So it costs me twice as much, once at least I had to do it three times. I need my critical strike for some dungeons, and yesterday half of them were made with normal quality not the plus they usually have. I have gone through some real HAMSTER in that workshop starting with the trunk not appearing where you pick up orders and other issues. I hope someone can fix this quick.
