Don't be boring and stingy - give the title as well

I keep getting achievements in the summer festival which sound like titles. I just got "Troll Wrangler" on one character and earlier I got "Florist" on another. But when you go to look in your titles list there's nothing there. I know this is not a new thing, but come on, how hard is it to make people a little more happy and give a title to match the achievement so people can put it on and feel a little bit more happy for a while. It's a cheap and easy way to add value to the game. When an achievement is a name which sounds just like it would be a title, maybe think about making it an actual title.
