Enchanted Bregan D'aerthe Expert's Coif for DPS SW

I purchased this helm for the 25% soulspark maximum, as the tooltip says in the store and in collections. However upon equipping, my buff bar only says that I have "increased Divinity/Soulweave". Divinity is not even mentioned as part of "Mystic Inspiration", it says "Performance/Soulweave/Soul Spark" + 25%. Is this helm working as intended?

    Likely they'll say the tooltip was wrong and whoops sorry and we'll change it and have a nice day. They do that a lot. Hopefully it's an actual bug and you get your correct bonus but I wouldn't count on it.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    Which one is the display issue, the buff bar or the tooltip? Is it giving 25% soulspark maximum? Thanks!
